Every piece at V Luxury is one of one. All sales are final — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please review all photos, measurements, and condition details carefully before purchasing, and feel free to ask us any questions before you buy.

Our Authenticity Guarantee

Every item is verified by our in-house team and by independent third-party authentication experts (TuSee or Legitmark). In the unlikely event that an item is proven inauthentic by a recognized authentication service, we will issue a full refund, including shipping, at any time. This guarantee never expires.

If We Make a Mistake

If you receive an item that is materially different from its listing description or photos, contact us within 7 days of delivery at vluxuryserives@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right, including a full refund where appropriate.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
